About the role
- Serve as the quarterback for our Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and Objectives and Key Results (OKRs), driving the disciplined execution and operational excellence required to meet Aledade’s strategic priorities.
- Partner with leaders across the organization to turn high-level vision into actionable outcomes.
- Foster cross-functional collaboration, proactively address roadblocks, and ensure teams remain aligned with our most ambitious goals.
- Gain direct exposure to senior leadership while developing your operational toolkit.
Requirements
- 5+ years progressive experience in operations, strategy, program management or consulting
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- Master’s degree preferred
- Proven ability to build strong relationships, influence without authority, and effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, including senior leaders.
- Demonstrated experience in managing projects, tracking performance, and driving execution in a complex environment.
- Ability to think critically, identify issues, and develop actionable strategic solutions.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex information to diverse audiences and influence stakeholders.
- Self-motivated, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability for outcomes.
