About the role
- Support strategic initiatives for the Office of the Chief Performance Officer (OCPerfO)
- Serve as a trusted advisor and provide hand to hand support to the Chief Performance Officer
- Lead strategic projects to execute key team and company priorities
- Increase the effectiveness of the OCPerfO and Provider Networks leadership team
- Support cross-functional strategic work across the organization
- Drive Aledade’s revenue targets across all value-based care contracts through successful execution of Performance Excellence initiatives
- Provide on-the-ground support complemented by strategic guidance and domain expertise of the Performance Initiatives team
- Foster connectivity between Aledade’s Provider Networks teams and company leadership
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Experience in a chief of staff, client service or related role
- 8+ years of professional experience within a large team/department
- 2+ years of management experience (preferred)
- Master’s degree, MBA or equivalent, preferred
- Healthcare/VBC experience, preferred
- PMP certification, preferred
- Proven track record of successfully managing projects and interfacing with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a superb attention to detail.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to operate independently and understand business context and priorities.
- Competency with data manipulation and presentation.
- Advanced proficiency in Google Suite, as well as Excel, Word, Powerpoint, etc.
