About the role

  • Ensure rigorous administrative follow-up: keep information well organized and ensure tasks progress as planned even when projects evolve quickly.
  • Invoice and payment follow-up: ensure invoices are accurate and compliant.
  • Payroll and employee files: prepare and submit the information necessary to ensure payroll is processed accurately.
  • Expense and property tracking: keep all records up to date, record expenses, and produce clear summaries for the team.
  • Contract and vendor management: track deadlines, compare prices when necessary, and ensure everything is in order.
  • Support for real estate projects: organize and forward documents for acquisitions or refinancings, and maintain accurate tracking of all files.

Requirements

  • 2 to 5 years of administrative experience
  • Comfortable with office software and tracking spreadsheets
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to identify items that require attention
  • Ability to organize and structure information so it is clear and accessible
