About the role
- Develop and implement strategic projects and partnerships, ensuring execution within deadlines, scope, and quality.
- Work on structuring, operating, and evolving initiatives and internal processes, including continuous improvements and implementing new solutions.
- Map requirements, create workflows, track requests, and manage deliveries with internal teams and vendors.
- Lead testing, validation, and rollout routines for new processes, systems, and features.
- Monitor KPIs and journey performance, and support data-driven decision making.
- Produce presentations, executive reports, and process documentation.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of projects and operations by identifying opportunities for enhancement.
- Collaborate with technology, marketing, operations, and external partners.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (Marketing, Business Administration, or Project Management).
- Advanced Excel (required).
- Previous experience in projects and building strategic partnerships.
- Intermediate English.
- Experience as a PMO and with loyalty programs will be a plus.
- Experience in retail, services, or digital product environments will be considered a plus.
- Planning, organization, and deadline management.
- Analytical, solution-oriented profile.
- Clear and concise communication.
- Proactivity and ownership mindset.
- Ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams.
- Adaptability and a holistic view of the business.
