About the role

  • Define the global communication strategy according with the Aldelia’s objectives.
  • Identify and manage a network of potential external partners.
  • Develop and implement effective communication strategies that build customer loyalty programs, brand awareness, and employee satisfaction.
  • Plan and manage the design, content, and production of all publicity materials.
  • Work with different departments to generate new ideas and strategies.
  • Supervise projects to guarantee all content is publication ready and prepare detailed media activity reports.
  • Create and implement communication and marketing strategies for new products, launches, events, and promotions as well as monitoring the success.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree qualified ideally communications, journalism, public relations or relevant field.
  • A minimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience in a similar role.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong PowerPoint and visual design skills.
  • Ability to communicate and work in English and French (Portuguese is an asset).
