About the role

  • Design, develop and deploy interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI. (~50% of the time)
  • Design, train and validate predictive models (ML, etc.). (~20% of the time)
  • Extract and manipulate data from various sources.
  • Ensure delivery and continuous development of our BI applications to meet business needs.
  • Provide support and expertise to our clients on optimal use of Power BI.
  • Produce detailed monthly reports to track departmental performance and support decision-making.
  • When required, provide reports and recommendations to company management.
  • Proactively identify improvements to the reporting and visualization process.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., BI, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics or other related field)
  • 1–2 years of relevant experience
  • Experience developing with Power BI (including DAX)
  • Strong proficiency in Python (pandas, numpy, etc.)
  • Excellent data visualization skills
  • Knowledge of SQL
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Business acumen and strong problem-solving skills
  • Experience working in an Agile environment
  • Understanding of using a data warehouse with a star schema
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Fabric
