About the role

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns tailored to business clients and industry verticals.
  • Plan, launch, and manage multi-channel campaigns including email, digital, social media, advertising, PPC, and webinars.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as sales, product, and creative to align campaign strategies with business objectives.
  • Monitor, measure, and analyze campaign performance using analytics and KPIs to provide actionable insights and optimize results.
  • Manage campaign budgets, resources, and timelines to ensure timely and effective delivery.
  • Create compelling content and materials for marketing communications to engage B2B audiences.
  • Stay updated with market trends, competitor activity, and best practices to inform future campaigns.
  • Own end-to-end campaign development, coordination, optimization, and reporting.
  • Analyze data and feedback to optimize targeting, messaging, and ROI for each campaign.
  • Ensure brand consistency and compliance in all marketing materials and communications.
  • Build and nurture business relationships through personalized campaign touchpoints.
  • Support sales enablement by developing lead generation and nurturing strategies.

Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in marketing automation and digital campaigns initiatives ideally in a B2B or SaaS company.
  • Excellent knowledge of HubSpot CRM
  • Strong experience in database management, segmentation, scoring, and A/B testing.
  • Analytical and results-driven mindset, proactive, and able to suggest concrete optimizations.
  • Comfortable working in data-driven environments and with reporting tools.
  • Bilingual
  • Experience in a tech company, SaaS, or consulting firm
  • Excellent knowledge of HubSpot CRM and ideally Microsoft Dynamics
