About the role

  • Provide global governance, assurance and enablement support for TOM.
  • Shape global processes, governance routines, capability uplift, and digital enablement.
  • Define and uphold global assurance expectations for RCA execution.
  • Lead audit and assurance activities to validate RCA quality.
  • Promote structured improvement methodologies such as A3/8D and Lean Six Sigma concepts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical or Reliability preferred).
  • 10+ years in reliability/asset management/maintenance engineering roles.
  • Demonstrated expertise in Defect Elimination and structured problem solving (RCA).
  • Experience in global or multi-site governance, standardization, and capability uplift.
  • Mining, refining, or smelting industry background is highly desirable.
