About the role
- Provide global governance, assurance and enablement support for TOM.
- Shape global processes, governance routines, capability uplift, and digital enablement.
- Define and uphold global assurance expectations for RCA execution.
- Lead audit and assurance activities to validate RCA quality.
- Promote structured improvement methodologies such as A3/8D and Lean Six Sigma concepts.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical or Reliability preferred).
- 10+ years in reliability/asset management/maintenance engineering roles.
- Demonstrated expertise in Defect Elimination and structured problem solving (RCA).
- Experience in global or multi-site governance, standardization, and capability uplift.
- Mining, refining, or smelting industry background is highly desirable.
