Project Manager

• Oversee planning and implementation of projects from approval through execution; create timelines and map multiple tasks.
• Work closely with Client & Account Management to import details into project management tools and communicate project status to clients and internal teams.
• Assign tasks and teams and ensure each stage of development, build, execution and implementation are executed flawlessly through a rigorous project management and QC process.
• Uphold operational excellence, optimizing processes internally and with clients.
• Manage and mentor a team of project management professionals in the US and the Philippines; recruit, train, and develop team members.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to allocate resources effectively and monitor project timelines and budgets.
• Review project tasks and subtasks against scope obligations to manage burn and overall agency profitability; review change orders and assess impact on scope and revenue.
• Establish KPIs for the project management team and regularly monitor and report on performance metrics; standardize project timelines and expectations.
• Serve as primary point of contact for internal stakeholders regarding account operations; present project operations to clients to maintain confidence.
• Identify potential risks and issues and develop proactive mitigation strategies; escalate issues to the VP, Customer Success when needed.
• Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and marketing best practices and share insights with the team.

Account Manager

• Alchemy Worx is an award-winning, audience management agency specializing in email, SMS, and paid social marketing for clients ranging from the Fortune 500 to local market players.
• As a performance-driven agency specializing in email, SMS, and CRM for DTC, B2C, and B2B brands, we are growing fast.
• The Account Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, reporting directly to the VP, Customer Success.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients and collaborate with various internal departments to deliver top service to clients.
• Opportunity to help shape the Client & Account Management department and grow the agency.
• This is a hybrid role, with 3 days a week (Tues/Wed/Thurs) at our NYC office.
• Manage the client relationship and be responsible for expanding the relationship up and across the organization and discovering new opportunities
• Manage and grow a portfolio of accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention
• Maintain ongoing renewals and existing client sales pipeline and track sales based on goals set
• Develop and execute account plans to meet or exceed revenue targets
• Work collaboratively with internal teams including analytics, creative, production, and strategy to ensure the successful delivery of projects and campaigns
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, becoming a trusted advisor and strategic partner
• Lead client meetings and presentations, providing strategic insights and recommendations
• Lead, set-up and recap client and internal call; keeping meetings and conversations focused and purposeful
• Mentor and manage account executives and traffickers, providing guidance and support to help them upskill in their roles
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, sharing knowledge and insights with clients and internal teams

Art Director

• Seeking an Art Director combining design expertise, creativity, thought leadership, business, operational, and leadership abilities.
• Lead and inspire in-person, remote, and offshore teams to efficiently deliver creative solutions focused on email and SMS channels.
• Hybrid position requiring 3 days a week in the Flatiron office.
• Develop visually compelling, brand-consistent email templates, graphics, and layouts in Figma and manage design systems and assets.
• Lead a team of writers and designers; collaborate with strategy and build teams to enhance user experience and optimize performance across devices and email clients.
• Serve as creative point of contact for clients; present concepts, gather feedback, and build long-term relationships.
• Stay up-to-date with email marketing trends, contribute to strategy sessions, and offer UX insights.
