About the role

  • Focus on converting high-quality leads into active trading accounts
  • Be the first point of contact for prospects, guiding them through the account opening process
  • Explain products and services, ensuring a seamless transition from lead to active client
  • Build, retain and maintain long-term relationships with clients
  • Contact new leads promptly to maximise conversion potential
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, promoting the products of the company
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and resolving issues efficiently
  • Adhere to all Company’s policies and procedures and client communication guidelines
  • Meet monthly individual and team goals
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in the Forex industry
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of the company’s products and services to effectively communicate their benefits to clients.

Requirements

  • 6 months - 3 years B2C sales experience, within the Forex / Gaming/ FinTech industry is a must
  • Native/Business fluency in Italian and English (written & spoken) is a must
  • Sales-driven and self-motivated
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
  • Organised and adaptable
  • Familiarity with trading platforms such as MetaTrader 4/5 is an advantage.
