About the role
- Focus on converting high-quality leads into active trading accounts
- Be the first point of contact for prospects, guiding them through the account opening process
- Explain products and services, ensuring a seamless transition from lead to active client
- Build, retain and maintain long-term relationships with clients
- Contact new leads promptly to maximise conversion potential
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, promoting the products of the company
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and resolving issues efficiently
- Adhere to all Company’s policies and procedures and client communication guidelines
- Meet monthly individual and team goals
- Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in the Forex industry
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the company’s products and services to effectively communicate their benefits to clients.
Requirements
- 6 months - 3 years B2C sales experience, within the Forex / Gaming/ FinTech industry is a must
- Native/Business fluency in Italian and English (written & spoken) is a must
- Sales-driven and self-motivated
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
- Organised and adaptable
- Familiarity with trading platforms such as MetaTrader 4/5 is an advantage.
