About the role
- Research and identify potential leads through various channels, including online research, social media, and networking events
- Leverage marketing generated list to contact and qualify leads through phone calls, emails and other communication methods
- Develop and maintain a database of leads and prospects for future reference
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop effective lead generation strategies
- Analyze and report on lead generation metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices for lead generation
- Provide an exceptional experience through every client engagement
- Manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects to meet deadlines
- Participate in specified training and internal activities
- Successfully achieve or exceed monthly lead targets.
Requirements
- Post-secondary degree in a related field such as marketing or business administration considered an asset
- Experience in sales and lead generation
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently with limited direction and oversight
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in using lead generation tools and CRM software
- Experience in developing and implementing lead generation strategies
- Ability to analyze data and make data driven decisions.
