Requirements
- Post-secondary education (diploma or Bachelor’s degree) in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field, or 5+ years of equivalent experience in sales, customer relationship management, insurance, or financial services
- 5+ years of experience in sales, client management; 2+ years of leadership or team management experience
- Ability to interpret team performance and client health metrics; manage stakeholder relationships
