About the role
- Conceptualize, write and provide technical management of our social media channels and perform regular updates to our website
- Plan and execute creative campaigns that engage our target audiences
- Write copy for social media, PR, presentations, and internal communications
- Develop storyboards, perform video editing, and design compelling graphics
- Analyze the performance of our social media activities and identify optimization opportunities
- Handle press inquiries, conduct topic research, send mailings and maintain distribution lists
- Support internal and external events as well as digital marketing projects
- Assist with data analysis and organizational tasks.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a degree program in Communications, Media, Marketing, or a related field
- Creative, strong language skills, and an affinity for digital communication
- Initial experience with social media management, content creation, and tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or video editing software
- Independent, structured and proactive working style with a hands-on mentality
- Team player with the drive to push initiatives forward.
