Social Media Manager

• Conceptualize, write and provide technical management of our social media channels and perform regular updates to our website
• Plan and execute creative campaigns that engage our target audiences
• Write copy for social media, PR, presentations, and internal communications
• Develop storyboards, perform video editing, and design compelling graphics
• Analyze the performance of our social media activities and identify optimization opportunities
• Handle press inquiries, conduct topic research, send mailings and maintain distribution lists
• Support internal and external events as well as digital marketing projects
• Assist with data analysis and organizational tasks.

• Holistic HR support for the production site across the entire employee lifecycle (recruiting, onboarding, employee support, development, separation)
• Trusted HR sparring partner for site management and leaders on all personnel-related matters
• Close cooperation with central HR, particularly on policies, processes and reporting
• Support and coordination of employment-law matters in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
• Design and implementation of a new learning and qualification project for employees at the production site
• Support for change and development processes in the production environment
