About the role
- Holistic HR support for the production site across the entire employee lifecycle (recruiting, onboarding, employee support, development, separation)
- Trusted HR sparring partner for site management and leaders on all personnel-related matters
- Close cooperation with central HR, particularly on policies, processes and reporting
- Support and coordination of employment-law matters in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
- Design and implementation of a new learning and qualification project for employees at the production site
- Support for change and development processes in the production environment
Requirements
- Several years of experience as an HR Business Partner, ideally in a manufacturing or industrial environment
- Solid knowledge of operational and strategic HR management
- Experience working with central HR functions
- Practical knowledge of employment law
- Experience in building or further developing learning and qualification programs is an advantage
- Hands-on mentality, strong communication skills and a pragmatic working style
- Interim experience desirable
