Product Manager

• Work within product teams divided into three integrated functional groups (frontend engineers, backend engineers, and a product owner).
• Develop expertise in one functional group with the goal of becoming the product owner for that group.
• Integrate customer feedback, usability studies, competitive research, and market analysis into product roadmaps.
• Work closely with designers, engineers, and internal stakeholders to define and refine product requirements.
• Lead teams through ambiguity to continuously ship improvements and be biased toward action.
• Define and analyze metrics that inform product success and share insights with the broader team.
• Coordinate new product launches across teams.
• Provide project management assistance to the engineering team.
• Triage user issues, collaborate across teams to build understanding, and present solutions.
