About the role

  • Manage relationships with financial institutions, negotiating terms and ensuring access to the best credit solutions and banking services;
  • Conduct corporate debt management, identifying opportunities to optimize financing costs and restructure liabilities;
  • Lead the structuring and execution of debt transactions in the capital markets, including commercial paper and debenture issuances;
  • Define and execute investment strategies for available funds, maximizing returns and ensuring adequate liquidity;
  • Manage working capital, ensuring a balance between liquidity and operational efficiency;
  • Prepare, analyze, and monitor short-, medium- and long-term cash flow projections to support strategic decision-making;
  • Lead treasury automation and digitization initiatives (e.g., bank integrations, payment platforms, approval and reimbursement systems);
  • Review and optimize processes, promoting simplification, banking centralization, and mitigation of financial risks;
  • Collaborate with areas such as Controllership, FP&A, and Accounting to ensure alignment of financial strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or a related field;
  • Experience in a leadership position within Treasury;
  • Experience in capital raising and debt management;
  • Experience in managing relationships with financial institutions;
  • Knowledge of cash flow and working capital management;
  • Intermediate/advanced Excel;
  • Availability to travel.

  • Advanced English;
  • Postgraduate degree or specialization in Finance;
  • Experience executing debt issuances in the financial markets;
  • Experience in the Telecom sector or in large corporations.
