About the role
- Manage a portfolio of strategic and flagship accounts within the Public Sector
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships with key stakeholders, applying a customer-centric approach to identify core needs and help clients achieve their objectives through Alan
- Proactively identify potential signs of dissatisfaction and implement solutions to address them
- Ensure successful onboarding of new accounts and promote Alan’s health partner positioning to drive broad adoption among employees and administrators
- Analyze and present usage and consumption reports to customers via business reviews
- Design and execute creative initiatives to engage existing customers
- Renegotiate contracts to ensure excellent value for customers while maintaining sustainable profitability
- Contribute to the development of our products and services by representing customers’ needs to Product teams
Requirements
- Minimum 6 years’ experience in a customer-facing role, including regular interactions with C-level executives; experience in the public sector is preferred
- Fluent in both English and French, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven experience working with very large organizations and, where applicable, with unions
- Possess tact and empathy essential for effective negotiation
- Skilled at constructive lobbying and building long-term relationships based on trust and transparency
- Highly analytical and comfortable presenting deep data analyses to clients and solving complex problems
- Strong active listening skills and expertise in crafting appropriate follow-up communications
- Growth mindset: adaptable to new trends and able to develop a deep understanding of the health insurance market
- Ideally based in (or willing to relocate to) Paris
