About the role
- Own Meta (Facebook & Instagram) as a core channel:
- Own the Meta strategy end-to-end, define priorities, align with business goals, manage budgets, and ensure the channel consistently supports Alan’s growth objectives across all stages of the funnel.
- Maintain the account for scale, with architectures that maximize learning, signal quality, and stability (broad audiences, simplified structures, clear learning loops, nomenclature)
- Run day-to-day optimizations across budgets, pacing, learning phases, audience quality, and segment-level performance
- Scale self-serve signatures volume while keeping CAC healthy for TNS (freelancers, self-employed), companies and individuals (retirees, civil servants).
- Support sales acquisition by developing and scaling the lead-gen engine on Meta, working closely with Marketing Ops to deliver leads at efficient costs.
- Stay ahead of platform evolution (Andromeda algorithm, advantage+ shifts, API evolutions, ad formats) and turn them into *competitive edges* through close collaboration with our Meta Account Manager.
- Explore and validate TikTok:
- Own the exploratory strategy for TikTok: define hypotheses, success metrics, creative directions, and run early experiments on audiences, formats, and messaging to evaluate the channel’s potential for signatures and lead gen.
- Set up and manage the operational foundations (structure, tracking, reporting, budget management), launch and optimize early campaigns, and ensure measurement is in place to validate performance reliably.
- Document learnings and build the TikTok playbook, documenting what works, what doesn’t, and the conditions for future scaling, to guide long-term investment decisions and cross-channel strategy.
- Partner with the Ad Creative Lab:
- Brief the Creative Strategist on platform insights, performance data, and creative direction
- Collaborate on creative testing roadmaps: angles, formats, hooks, messaging
- Provide feedback on assets pre-launch to ensure platform-native execution
- Share performance learnings to inform next creative iterations
- Benchmark, test, and optimize:
- Monitor and document competitor activity and industry best practices across social platforms
- Run structured A/B tests on creative, audiences, bidding, and placements
- Analyze performance at granular levels (hook rates, retention curves, conversion funnels)
- Continuously improve CAC, CTR, and signature conversion rates
- Measure, report, workflow & automation:
- Build dashboards to track performance, learnings, and budget efficiency
- Communicate impact clearly to stakeholders (signatures, CAC, ROAS, learnings)
- Document best practices and playbooks for scaling internationally
- Build AI-powered workflows for faster reporting, insight extraction, and creative iteration
- Experiment with AI for campaign analysis (pattern detection, anomaly alerts, optimization suggestion)
Requirements
- At least 1 years in paid social advertising (D2C, e-commerce, or B2C tech)
- Deep hands-on expertise with Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram): campaign structure, audience targeting, creative testing, bidding strategies
- Comfortable managing significant budgets (€50K+/month)
- Creative performance analysis: What makes an ad work - hook rates, retention, decay patterns
- Bonus: TikTok Ads experience or strong curiosity to learn
- Analytical & data-driven: Comfortable with funnel analysis, CAC optimization, ROAS calculations
- Creative collaboration: Can brief creatives clearly and give constructive feedback on ad assets
- Hands-on executor: Builds, launches, and optimizes campaigns independently with a test-and-learn mindset
- Nice-to-Have: Experience in insurance, fintech, or regulated industries
- International campaign experience (multi-market)
- Familiarity with Motion, Figma, or creative analytics tools
- B2B social ads exposure (LinkedIn, Meta for B2B)
- Fluent in English
- Fluent in French
