About the role

  • Guide prospects through every stage of the sales cycle and convert them into committed Alan customers.
  • Drive deals and manage key client relationships.
  • Deliver compelling product demonstrations and guide stakeholders through the evaluation process.
  • Ensure successful onboarding of new accounts and promote Alan's positioning as a health partner.
  • Analyze and present usage reports to clients during business reviews.
  • Be responsible for cross-sell and up-sell across our portfolio.

Requirements

  • You have at least 3 years' experience in sales or strategic account management.
  • For an Account Executive role: you have at least 3 years' experience managing the full sales cycle.
  • For an Account Manager role: you have at least 3 years' experience in a customer-facing role.
  • For a Key Account Manager role: you have at least 6 years' experience in a customer-facing role, with frequent interactions with C-level executives.
  • You are fluent in French (C2 or equivalent).
  • You have an advanced level of English.
  • You are highly organized, structured, and empathetic.
  • You have the ability to influence, negotiate, and manage complex deals.
  • You have a deep understanding of value drivers in recurring-revenue business models.
  • You have a strong, positive attitude and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
