About the role
- Support prospects at every stage of the sales cycle and convert them into committed Alan customers.
- Drive deals and manage key client relationships.
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations and guide stakeholders through the evaluation process.
- Ensure successful onboarding of new accounts.
- Analyze and present usage reports to clients during business reviews.
- Contribute to product and service development by representing the customer’s perspective.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience managing the full sales cycle for an Account Executive role.
- At least 3 years of customer-facing experience for an Account Manager role.
- At least 6 years of customer-facing experience, with frequent interactions with C-level executives, for a Key Account Manager role.
- Native or near-native French (C2 or higher) and advanced English.
- Highly organized, structured, and empathetic.
- Ability to influence, negotiate, and manage complex deals.
- Deep understanding of value drivers in recurring-revenue business models.
- Positive attitude and strong ability to collaborate within a team.
