About the role

  • Support prospects at every stage of the sales cycle and convert them into committed Alan customers.
  • Drive deals and manage key client relationships.
  • Deliver compelling product demonstrations and guide stakeholders through the evaluation process.
  • Ensure successful onboarding of new accounts.
  • Analyze and present usage reports to clients during business reviews.
  • Contribute to product and service development by representing the customer’s perspective.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience managing the full sales cycle for an Account Executive role.
  • At least 3 years of customer-facing experience for an Account Manager role.
  • At least 6 years of customer-facing experience, with frequent interactions with C-level executives, for a Key Account Manager role.
  • Native or near-native French (C2 or higher) and advanced English.
  • Highly organized, structured, and empathetic.
  • Ability to influence, negotiate, and manage complex deals.
  • Deep understanding of value drivers in recurring-revenue business models.
  • Positive attitude and strong ability to collaborate within a team.
