About the role
- Ensure high-quality, patient-centered women’s imaging services are delivered efficiently
- Maintain strong visibility and engagement with technologists, site leadership, radiologists, vendors, and cross-functional partners
- Support recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and performance management
- Oversee technical operations, equipment readiness, safety standards, and regulatory compliance across assigned sites
- Collaborate with Radiologists, Clinical Leadership, and Quality to ensure imaging protocols are current and consistently followed
Requirements
- Associate's Degree or Equivalent Experience
- Must hold ARRT(M) and state licensure
- Must hold current BLS certification
- Valid state driver’s license, as applicable
- 5+ years of Mammography experience
- Strong analytical, organizational and multi-tasking skills
- Experience with protocol building and scan optimization
- Basic knowledge of computer applications
