About the role
- A Territory Manager of Operations is a regional leader for organizational, operational, financial, and revenue goals.
- Responsible for P&L performance for site locations within the designated region.
- Works in conjunction with Area Director of Operations on regional operations budget and performance.
- Analyzes individual and team performance against KPIs and metrics.
- Collaborates with sales leaders on strategic account management.
Requirements
- Associate’s Degree or equivalent experience is required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience in Healthcare Sales and/or Operations Management role.
- High level of accountability for operational efficiency.
- Strong competency in financial reporting and analysis.
- Prior Diagnostic Imaging experience is preferred, but not required.
- Job requires 60% of local travel.
- The COVID-19 vaccination is/may be a condition of employment.
