About the role
- Provide operational oversight and performance of centralized 3D post-processing services across CT and MRI.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and data integrity in all imaging workflows.
- Lead recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and professional development of 3D lab personnel.
- Ensure compliance with clinical, regulatory, accreditation standards applicable to advanced imaging and post-processing services.
- Identify, investigate, and mitigate quality, safety, or workflow risks.
Requirements
- Associate's Degree or Equivalent Experience
- At minimum CT certification from the ARRT or ARMRIT
- CPR Certification.
- Valid state driver’s license, as applicable.
- 2+ years of leadership in MR or CT or imaging role.
- Strong analytical, organizational and multi-tasking skills.
- Basic knowledge of computer applications and programs.
