• As Personal Assistant to the Founders, you’ll play a leading role in supporting AKT’s dynamic duo — managing their business and personal commitments so they can perform at their best, on and off the stage.
• Reporting directly to the Founders, you’ll provide seamless executive and personal support, ensuring every detail of their day runs like a well-rehearsed production.
• From coordinating meetings and travel to managing events, styling, and brand appearances, you’ll bring order, energy, and discretion to a fast-paced, creative environment.
• Founder Support & Administration: Deliver seamless executive and personal assistance to the Founders, managing complex and frequently changing calendars, inboxes, and priorities across professional, creative, and personal domains.
• Meeting & Communication Management: Prepare meeting agendas, briefing notes, and presentation decks; take and distribute minutes; and ensure timely follow-up of agreed actions to keep all workstreams on track.
• Travel & Event Coordination: Orchestrate travel and event logistics for UK and international commitments — crafting detailed itineraries, coordinating schedules, and ensuring a flawless Founder experience from afar. This role focuses on expert coordination rather than travel; while you may occasionally travel within the UK, you will not be required to accompany the Founders internationally.
• Industry Engagement & Brand Representation: Liaise with PR, marketing, and creative teams to coordinate the Founders’ attendance and representation at events, panels, and collaborations, ensuring AKT is consistently represented with professionalism and flair.
• Styling, Image & Appearance Management: Coordinate stylists, hair, makeup, and grooming professionals; manage wardrobe logistics, fittings, and designer pulls; and maintain detailed inventories to support the Founders’ public and media appearances.
• Finance & Administration: Process expenses, invoices, and vendor payments; manage renewals and subscriptions; and maintain accurate personal and professional records with utmost confidentiality.
• Personal Life & Lifestyle Organisation: Manage day-to-day personal logistics, including household administration, family appointments, and lifestyle coordination, including beauty, wellness, and fitness appointments around key brand or event commitments.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Engage proactively with PR, Marketing, Brand, and Operations teams to support coordination of Founder deliverables linked to product launches and marketing campaigns.

• **About The Role:**
• - As our Acquisition Manager DE & UK, you will execute and optimise the day-to-day paid media and acquisition strategy to acquire high-value customers, driving efficient and scalable growth across UK, Germany and other EU markets.
• - This role is responsible for the hands-on management of all performance marketing channels to hit key CPA, CAC, and ROI targets within these Geos.
• - Reporting directly to the Head of Acquisition and Retention, you will be a key player in the marketing team, responsible for the hands-on management and execution of our entire paid acquisition strategy across UK, German and EU markets.
• - You will work closely with the Community Manager on influencer and affiliate activity, and collaborate with the Brand, Creative, and E-commerce Trading teams to ensure a cohesive customer journey from first click to conversion.

Acquisition Manager – UK, DE

Analyst

• **About The Role:**
• - As Senior Retail Analyst, will lead the end-to-end insight creation for our Wholesale, Retail and Amazon trading channels that will drive smarter decisions and improved commercial performance.
• - You’ll play a pivotal role in optimising our commercial performance across our Wholesale, Retail and Amazon channels.
• - You’ll dive deep into data to deliver insights that drive smarter decisions around pricing, promotions, sell-through, stock, and demand planning.
• - You’ll work hand-in-hand with Trading, Marketing, Finance, and Ops / Supply Chain teams to ensure we’re growing profitably while keeping customers at the heart of every decision.
• - This is an opportunity to help build the commercial foundations of a fast-scaling, purpose-led brand.
• - Data, and this role, is critical to the success of AKT’s continued growth, and as such this role is high profile, impactful and will work very closely with our senior management, in particular our SVP Sales, as well as the Head of and the Data & Insight team members.

Senior Retail Analyst

Influencer Marketing

• - In this pivotal role for the development of our EU business, as Influencer Exec you will execute influencer marketing initiatives to increase awareness, engagement, brand and commercial value through collaborations with influencers/ambassadors across the DE / UK / EU markets.
• - You will report directly to the Influencer Manager and is a key operational member of the Marketing Team.
• - The role is focused on the day-to-day execution and management of AKT’s TikTok Shop influencer programs in the UK and DE, with a view to future market expansion.
• - You will work closely with:
• - External Stakeholders: TikTok content creators, affiliates, and talent agencies.
• - Internal Stakeholders: The Influencer Manager (for strategy and reporting), the E-commerce team (to align on offers and product focus), the Founders (for live content), and the wider Brand Marketing team.
• - This role operates within a fast-paced, start-up environment, requiring a hands-on approach. The role is based in the UK under an agile working policy, with monthly team days in the London office. Occasional travel for events may be required.

Influencer Executive – UK, DE

Product Manager

• - You will lead the Product team at AKT London, currently comprising the New Product Development Manager and all future hires.
• - You will be important in supporting the business to shape the future product structure for the business.
• - You will be pivotal in working with the Co-Founders and the CMO in shaping AKT's future product offering.
• - The role will report to one of the two co-founders in their role as CPO.
• - You will be responsible for translating business strategy into a tangible product roadmap and overseeing its execution.
• - You will regularly liaise with external partners including suppliers, manufacturers, and regulatory bodies, as well as internal stakeholders across marketing, operations, and finance.
• - The role is based in the UK (working UK hours) but requires flexibility for occasional engagement with USA and other international stakeholders.

Head of Product

Brand Manager

• Contribute to the development of the AKT purpose & mission through working with the Founders and CMO.
• Galvanise the brand heartbeat, ensuring timely production, execution and delivery for 360 Channel Activation driving sustained engagement and growth across the channels.
• As Head of Brand Marketing you will report directly to the CMO and will manage the operational delivery of all Brand and creative production at AKT.
• You will be accountable for ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standard aligning with the brand ethos.
• You will also be responsible for Brand Creative, PR, Purpose, Owned Social, Brand Partnerships, Creative Community Mngt plus Wholesale and Trade Campaigns.
• You will organically build a world class Brand Marketing team and influence stakeholders to manage workflows, schedules, and resource allocation.
• This role is critical in bridging the best possible creative with efficient execution, ensuring communication across all teams involved in campaign and content creation such as marketing, product, and creative.
• Following the appointment of our CMO this is a new role for AKT. This role will join a new sister role of Head of ACQ and both these roles will work closely with the CMO to grow the Marketing team to deliver against the ambitious business plans.
• This role will have 4 direct reports as part of a team of 9.

Head of Brand Marketing

Account Manager

• Deliver the revenue and profit targets for Amazon through strategic planning, forecasting, and P&L ownership.
• Oversee and optimise day-to-day operations in Seller/Vendor Central including stock, listings, ASINs, and compliance.
• Drive effective Amazon Advertising campaigns and promotional strategy to meet growth KPIs (ACOS, ROAS, TACOS, etc.).
• Maintain AKT’s brand image across Amazon through optimized content, A+ assets, and Storefront execution.
• Engage with operations, supply chain, marketing, and finance to ensure seamless execution and reporting.

• Act as a key strategic partner providing critical financial insights, robust forecasting and commercial analysis.
• Establish and lead the Financial Planning & Analysis function to support rapid international scaling and drive profitable growth.

FP&A Manager

• In this brand-new role reporting into the SVP Global Sales, the Key Account Manager – North America Wholesale, leads AKT’s wholesale business across the region, driving revenue growth, strengthening retailer partnerships, and ensuring operational excellence.
• You will be directly accountable for US wholesale performance, with initial focus on Sephora and Ulta, expanding to department stores and speciality retail.
• This role will work closely with other AKT colleagues in the UK specifically: Marketing on the Coordination of launches, activations, and retailer campaigns; Supply Chain & Operations Ensuring forecast accuracy, OTIF (on-time in-full) delivery, and allocation planning Finance: to manage account-level P&L, budgets, and promotional spend and Product Development in order to Share retailer insights to influence pipeline.
• Oversee account-level P&L, budgets, and promotional spend, ensuring profitability, accuracy, and alignment with financial targets.
• Build trusted, long-term relationships with senior-level buyers and planners at key US retailers.
• Develop annual joint business plans (JBPs) with key retailers, aligning AKT and retailer strategies.
