About the role

  • You will support our HR team throughout the entire recruiting process — from drafting job postings and communicating with applicants to onboarding.
  • You will maintain employee data and personnel files and ensure smooth HR administration processes.
  • You will help shape and optimize our HR processes — making them more digital, efficient, and people-centered.
  • You will prepare reports and smaller analyses that help us develop HR topics based on data.

Requirements

  • You are a enrolled student in Business, Human Resources, or a comparable degree program.
  • You work independently, are solution-oriented, and enjoy contributing fresh ideas.
  • You enjoy interacting with people and have a good sense for interpersonal matters.
  • Reliability, team spirit, and a responsible approach to handling confidential data are a matter of course for you.
  • Previous HR experience is a plus but not required — your motivation is more important to us.
  • Confident user of MS Office and digital tools.
