About the role

  • Lead or co-lead the identification, evaluation, development and active implementation of projects to advance products, offerings and business models (e.g., operational optimization, business development, M&A-related topics, new initiatives and investments)
  • Lead or co-pilot special and development projects with clear accountability for results
  • Contribute to company-building topics across central building blocks such as operational processes, organizational structures, personnel, and IT/tools
  • Independently identify relevant areas for action based on qualitative and quantitative analyses and proactively initiate and drive topics forward
  • Provide substantive support to executive management in preparing important internal and external meetings and events
  • Collaborate with external partners on a project basis

Requirements

  • High personal responsibility and ownership for your topics — from idea to implementation
  • Strong 80/20 mindset with focus on the essentials and pragmatic, effective solutions
  • Enjoy prioritizing topics independently, preparing decisions thoroughly and implementing them
  • Confident handling of decision-making scope in a professional, fact-based environment
  • Initial relevant professional experience (approx. 1–2 years) in management consulting, in-house consulting, corporate development or a comparable role
  • Very good analytical skills combined with a genuine hands-on mentality
  • Strong interest in entrepreneurial questions, business models and operational implementation
  • Structured, independent working style and clear communication
  • Confident presence when interacting with executive management, leaders and external partners
  • Very good German language skills, written and spoken
