About the role

  • (Co-)identification, evaluation, development and active implementation of projects to further develop products, services and business models (including operational optimization, business development, M&A-related topics, new projects and investments)
  • Project management or co-piloting of special and development projects with clear accountability for results
  • Contribution to company-building topics across core building blocks such as operational processes, organizational structures, personnel, IT and work tools
  • Independently identifying relevant areas for action based on qualitative and quantitative analyses, and proactively initiating and driving initiatives
  • Providing content support to executive management in preparing important internal and external meetings and events
  • Project-related collaboration with external partners

Requirements

  • High degree of personal responsibility and ownership for your topics — from idea to implementation
  • Strong 80/20 mindset with focus on the essentials and pragmatic, effective solutions
  • Enjoyment in independently prioritizing tasks, preparing decisions on a sound basis and executing them
  • Confident handling of decision-making scope in a professional, fact-oriented environment
  • Initial relevant professional experience (approx. 1–2 years) in management consulting, in-house consulting, corporate development or a comparable role
  • Very good analytical skills combined with a genuine hands-on mentality
  • Strong interest in entrepreneurial topics, business models and operational implementation
  • Structured, independent working style and clear communication
  • Confident presence when interacting with executive management, leaders and external partners
  • Very good German language skills, both spoken and written
