Accounting Manager

• Manage and oversee daily operations of Akasa’s accounting department, including offshore resources and external partners, assigning projects and directing staff to ensure compliance and accuracy
• Drive month-end and year-end processes including financial account reconciliations and close, financial statement preparation, and compliance activities
• Enhance and design scalable finance operations to support timely management reporting to business stakeholders
• Analyze financial results to generate operational insights for FP&A and Department leaders
• Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies and principles in accordance with GAAP
• Coordinate and own external annual audits with CPA firm
• Continuously evaluate and improve systems, procedures, and processes
• Manage timely statutory compliance and filings, including but not limited to, sales taxes, corporate income taxes, and other statutory reports and filings. Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal government tax and filing requirements.

Full-stack Engineer

• Own feature development for Advisor: design, implement, test and deploy production features (Python backend + modern JS/TS frontend)
• Collaborate with product, clinical SMEs, and revenue cycle teams to iterate quickly and validate hypotheses
• Use Claude Code as a development collaborator: prompt it, review and edit its output, and integrate its work into the codebase and CI pipelines
• Design and implement integrations to external APIs for evidence/medical data, ensuring correctness and auditability
• Maintain a strong testing culture: unit, integration and E2E tests; continuous delivery via Docker and Kubernetes
• Be a pragmatic engineer – ship fast, iterate from real user feedback, and improve systems for scale and reliability
• Communicate clearly in writing: design proposals, PR descriptions, and conversations with revenue cycle teams and collaborators.

Customer Success Manager

• Lead implementation teams (pods) to drive the deployment of products for customers, picking up at the point of contract signature
• Manage 6 - 8 active and mature projects concurrently, depending on complexity
• Execute and complete project plans, identify and monitor issues, track risks and dependencies and ensure project plans are up to date at all times. Track and remove barriers to progress
• Track progress and prepare status reports on a regular basis to the client, internal project team, and other stakeholders
• Demonstrate flexibility and creative problem-solving to deliver to clients
• Coordinate customer communications, prepare for external and internal project meetings
• Run data using internal dashboarding to support project updates, particularly post implementation to show ROI and ongoing product health
• Occasional travel as needed

Associate Director, Customer Engagement

• Work with a tech stack including but not limited to: Python, Postgres, Redshift, Prefect, Kubernetes, Grafana, and various additional AWS services such as SQS and Cloudwatch
• Build new and maintain existing data pipelines to support Machine Learning model training and scalable customer deployments
• Support Analytics and Data Science initiatives via building and maintaining core Data Platform infrastructure and tooling
• Contribute directly to product development via maintaining in-app dashboarding infrastructure
