• Serve as a thought partner and right hand to the COO and CEO — helping set priorities, structure decisions, and ensure the most important work moves forward with clarity and accountability
• Lead high-priority strategic and operational initiatives from inception through execution, spanning multiple functions across the organization
• Synthesize complex information — from market dynamics to internal performance data — into crisp analyses, decision memos, and executive-ready materials
• Identify and remove organizational roadblocks, process bottlenecks, and cross-functional misalignments before they escalate
• Act as a force multiplier for executive bandwidth: keep leadership focused on the highest-impact areas and ensure nothing critical falls through the cracks
• Drive special projects. For example: competitive strategy, product bundling analysis, partnership evaluation, organizational design, and operational scaling
• Represent the COO’s voice and priorities in meetings and workstreams across the company

Full-stack Engineer

• Execute implementation tasks for new deployments — from requirements analysis to configuration, testing, rollout, and support of production health.
• Work with client engagement teams to guide customers through technical onboarding, integration setup, troubleshooting, and data acquisition
• Build and own evaluation frameworks to continuously measure and improve LLM performance across customer deployments
• Contribute feedback and insights that shape product and platform improvements
• Work closely with R&D engineering teams to build robust scalable client solutions

Business Development Rep

• Account Based Marketing: Scrub target market accounts for qualified contacts and research relevant market developments to tailor messaging.
• Strategic Outreach: Strategize with marketing and sales teams to coordinate cold outreach and follow-up efforts with marketing campaigns and personal networks to maximize conversion rates.
• Lead Development: Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns, events, or inbound web inquiries to qualify and progress them through the sales funnel.
• Meeting Generation: Secure net new initial commercial meetings for Sales Directors by conducting cold calls and sending personalized follow-up emails.
• Event Support: Attend select industry events and trade shows to support company marketing strategy by generating leads and building relationships with prospects.
• CRM Management: Enter, update, and maintain prospect and customer information, outreach efforts, sales activities, and leads in Salesforce CRM.
• Operational Excellence: Monitor marketing lead workqueues and evaluate qualified leads for commercial viability; surface operational bugs and inefficiencies.
• Pipeline Coordination: Schedule meetings by managing Sales Directors’ calendars and ensure team preparedness for all follow-up calls and prospect meetings.
