About the role

  • Analyzing data from Akamai Product Catalog and related systems to identify issues or gaps
  • Updating and maintaining the Product Catalog and Product Pricing along with their related systems per the set cadence
  • Addressing field, customer, and partner inquiries while providing initial resolutions and escalating complex issues to engineering for advanced support.
  • Working with the Marketplace team and the Akamai Sales team to coordinate the trial request
  • Ensuring prompt and secure deprovisioning of churned customer accounts while maintaining accuracy and meeting established objectives effectively.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders across the organization
  • OWNING communication. Being EXTREMELY proactive

Requirements

  • Have Bachelors in Engineering (E&CE/ CS/IS/IT) OR BCA/MCA AND MBA and 1 year experience
  • Have experience in support/ business analyst / data analytics/analysis-focused roles
  • Have excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Have good interpersonal, organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills. Proficient in advanced Excel (pivot tables, formulas, macros)
