About the role

  • Orchestrating travel arrangements and managing a dynamic calendar
  • Leading and coordinating team operations, offsite meetings, All Hands meetings, and post-meeting surveys
  • Creating, augmenting, and circulating reports, presentations, worksheets, and charts using Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook
  • Managing a team and partnering with administrative staff across the business to schedule meetings, generate reports, manage projects
  • Partnering with IT staff and teams in communicating requests, feedback, and issues.

Requirements

  • 7+ years supporting C-suite and senior leaders in busy environments
  • Proven experience supervising administrative staff, managing office operations, and driving efficiency
  • Expertise in complex calendar management across multiple time zones
  • Seamless coordination of domestic and international travel, executive meetings, and high-level events
  • Project management skills with the ability to independently prioritize competing demands
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Deep understanding of M365, Google Workspace, and virtual collaboration tools
  • Experience leveraging AI platforms.
