About the role

  • Managing communication with internal stakeholders/external customers to instill a sense of urgency for resolution/payment
  • Identifying of delinquent accounts and initiation of appropriate collection/resolution activities
  • Collaborating with other internal functions to drive resolution of the issues
  • Initiating of the Dunning and/or Service Suspension procedures
  • Escalating accordingly to management when necessary
  • Minimizing Unapplied Cash & Credit Memos through effective communication with customers

Requirements

  • Have a Bachelor's degree & possess 3-5 years of experience in B2B Collections
  • Possess excellent knowledge of accounting principles
  • Demonstrate solid professional experience in Collections / AR roles
  • Have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Display knowledge of Mircosoft Excel, Oracle, Salesforce and be able to present analysis clearly
  • Display an ethical approach, show integrity, personal drive and be able to uphold Akamai values
