About the role
- Managing communication with internal stakeholders/external customers to instill a sense of urgency for resolution/payment
- Identifying of delinquent accounts and initiation of appropriate collection/resolution activities
- Collaborating with other internal functions to drive resolution of the issues
- Initiating of the Dunning and/or Service Suspension procedures
- Escalating accordingly to management when necessary
- Minimizing Unapplied Cash & Credit Memos through effective communication with customers
Requirements
- Have a Bachelor's degree & possess 3-5 years of experience in B2B Collections
- Possess excellent knowledge of accounting principles
- Demonstrate solid professional experience in Collections / AR roles
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Display knowledge of Mircosoft Excel, Oracle, Salesforce and be able to present analysis clearly
- Display an ethical approach, show integrity, personal drive and be able to uphold Akamai values
