About the role
- Providing business insight into the sale of an expanding portfolio of Akamai products.
- Facilitating the development and deployment of sales targets and quotas by region and industry segment.
- Facilitating the development of the go-to-market organizational structure and associated sales leadership to maximize sales productivity.
- Fostering continuous improvement by identifying and executing on opportunities cross functionally.
- Maintaining high levels of quality, accuracy, and consistency.
- Working with product and finance teams to translate business plans into executable sales productivity plans.
Requirements
- Have an extensive background in Sales Operations and supporting Sales organizations as a business partner.
- Have prior experience of leading a sales operations team, fostering professional growth and knowledge sharing.
- Be passionate about partnering closely with executive sales leadership teams.
- Have the ability to affect organizational change in building scalable and repeatable processes.
- Be knowledgeable in Salesforce.com
- Have demonstrated experience implementing best practices focused on delivering business results.
