Requirements

  • Bring 3-6 years of BSA experience in ERP/CRM, Billing, Ordering, or Contracting, with a bachelor’s degree.
  • Some level of expertise in writing SQL queries to retrieve data for running analyses.
  • Ability to tell a story based on data - to help drive decisions.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of Agile development, SDLC, and tools like JIRA, Confluence, and Microsoft Office (Project, PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
  • Leverage good strategic skills to map future business processes while maintaining a professional business attitude and awareness.
  • Excel in written and verbal communication to effectively collaborate with business and IT stakeholders. Willingness to learn and adapt to custom applications.
  • Proven experience in managing multiple projects or workstreams simultaneously, with strong prioritization skills.
