About the role
- Working with suppliers, members of the Procure to Pay team
- Providing support for the full-life cycle of accounts payable to ensure accuracy of financial records and payments
- Identifying and resolving any issues and inconsistencies related to invoices and associated purchase orders and receiving documents
- Processing and reconciling travel & expense reimbursement in Concur
- Supporting the local corporate card program (corporate cards reconciliation, managing corporate card applications)
- Supporting analytics and reporting
Requirements
- Have solid Excel skills with experience of vlookups, pivot tables and functions
- Have good analytical and problem solving skills to be able to gather, synthesize and summarize data
- Be eager to contribute in a high-growth, fast paced, technology oriented environment
- Be able to effectively communicate in business English both written and verbal
- Be comfortable operating in a communicative, feedback driven cross-functional environment
- Be a self-starter, proactively taking the initiative to solving problems
- Be customer focused, willing to help and resolve issues in a timely way
- Have an ability to work on your own and manage multiple activities concurrently
