About the role
- Developing and implementing go-to-market plans to drive revenue, retention, and growth of existing customers
- Serving as the leader internally and externally for the LATAM region.
- Leading and developing a high performing sales team to achieve goals.
- Developing executive level customer relationships that support positive business outcomes.
- Cultivating a metric-based sales measurement approach that enables forecast accuracy and data driven decisions.
- Partnering across teams to drive innovation, customer success, and appropriate relationship approaches for all customers' segments.
- Collaborating with Channel leadership to optimize market coverage, sales efficiency, and capacity expansion.
- Working closely with global leadership on strategic projects influencing LATAM and global sales performance.
Requirements
- 15+ years of sales experience in the cloud and/or security industry, with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Have proven success driving growth strategies and building trusted relationships with enterprise technology leaders and key decision-makers across customers and prospects.
- Have experience leading and developing high performing teams, for both direct and indirect sales.
- Have the ability to foresee trends, market shifts, and integrate customer feedback for lasting business success.
- Have planning, financial and analytical skills with operational excellence.
- Have experience in sales territories administration, planning and forecasting sales, in a multi-country, multi-product line region.
- Be highly collaborative with the ability to manage, influence and achieve alignment across different interests,
- Have experience interacting, presenting to, and influencing executives.
- Be fluent in English and Spanish.
