About the role
- Developing trusted relationships with partners' sales and technical sales leaders
- Supporting channel sales team to grow the topline revenue through channel partners nationally and regionally
- Serving as the go-to expert on API security for customers, internal teams, and partners
- Educating sales teams and other stakeholders on API security trends, threats, and best practices
- Acting as the technical point of contact for customers during their pre-sales journey, ensuring success and satisfaction
Requirements
- 5 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree in CS, Engineering, MIS, related field or its equivalent
- Experience working in customer facing technical channel sales or presales
- Comprehensive understanding of the internet, including TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP, HTML, and SSL protocols
- Customer advocate passionate about delivering technical solutions
- Experience with presenting technical topics to diverse audiences
- Team player, able to collaborate, prioritize, and solve problems in a fast changing environment
