About the role

  • Leading Oracle Cloud Source-to-Settle initiatives, serving as IT business partner for Oracle Fusion Cloud, managing sourcing, procurement, payments, tax, and reporting.
  • Overseeing end-to-end implementation, gathering requirements, designing solutions, configuring Oracle Cloud, validating data migration, ensuring readiness, training, and driving adoption.
  • Facilitating business partnerships, leading functional workshops, coordinating delivery with integrators, vendors, developers, QA teams, and global stakeholders effectively.
  • Driving legal technology transformation, shaping the roadmap, guiding platform design, enabling automation, digitization, AI, analytics, and managing implementations.
  • Driving KPI ownership, governing processes, ensuring value realization, monitoring adoption, supporting global rollouts, and presenting progress and ROI to leadership.

Requirements

  • 7 to 10 years of experience in IT, Business Systems, or ERP Transformation
  • Demonstrate extensive Source-to-Settle expertise with practical experience working on Oracle Cloud systems.
  • Lead enterprise SaaS implementations with extensive implementation experience.
  • Demonstrate exceptional stakeholder engagement and advanced negotiation abilities.
  • Demonstrate expertise in dynamic transformation initiatives with exceptional analytical capabilities and effective problem-solving proficiency.
  • Demonstrate exceptional ability in communication and producing accurate, clear, and concise documentation for various purposes.
