About the role

  • Owning and driving security compliance initiatives to completion across APJ/EMEA.
  • Maintaining knowledge of security standards, monitoring advancements, and ensuring compliance.
  • Identifying systemic security gaps, assessing control effectiveness, and advising on risk exposure.
  • Providing management with insights on control weaknesses and designing strategic improvements.
  • Serving as an SME for audits, guiding risk management, and aligning cross-functional teams.

Requirements

  • Bring 12+ of experience in IT security, risk management, cyber, IT audit, or related areas.
  • Demonstrate expertise in industry compliance standards like PCI, SOC2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, NIST, IRAP, FedRAMP.
  • Have a desire to improve information security and have a learning mindset.
  • Have negotiation skills to simplify complex regulations and align compliance with business goals.
  • Have experience with compliance software, GRC tools, and audit management systems.
