- Reviewing all incoming contracts to ensure compliance with Akamai's legal and audit requirements
- Entering customer contract details with 100% accuracy
- Managing monthly invoicing to ensure billing is in accordance with contract terms
- Tracking customer contract issues and working with the internal account team to facilitate timely resolution
Requirements
- Have a Bachelor's degree
- Have 3+ years' experience in the Quote-to-cash process
- Be detail-oriented with excellent written and verbal communication skills
