About the role
- Aligning business objectives with a clear people strategy by partnering with local leadership, focusing on workforce planning for technical departments.
- Acting as a trusted advisor to first-time and senior managers, guiding them on performance management, leadership behaviors, and effective feedback loops.
- Managing talent processes, including annual performance evaluations, compensation planning, and retention strategies designed for skilled Israeli technical professionals.
- Managing local employee relations, conflict resolution, and ensure compliance with both Israeli labor laws and corporate policies.
- Analyzing HR metrics and trends to identify opportunities for improvement in employee engagement and organizational effectiveness.
- Collaborating with the global People Team to align international HR processes and tailor them to fit the local Israel environment.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience as an HRBP or People Partner within a dynamic, rapidly growing technology organization.
- Analyze workforce data to identify trends, improve processes, and support decision-making.
- Demonstrate expertise in contemporary HR technology, such as HRIS, engagement survey applications, and AI-driven HR platforms.
- Exhibit fluency in Hebrew and English, both written and spoken, ensuring effective communication across diverse linguistic contexts.
- Adapt to uncertainty and fast-changing organizational dynamics.
- Demonstrate persuasive abilities, engaging with senior leadership while maintaining exceptional emotional intelligence.
- Demonstrate initiative-driven approach with exceptional ability to execute tasks effectively and efficiently.
