About the role
- Managing the complete order lifecycle, ensuring accurate fulfillment, timely execution, cost efficiency, and proper documentation.
- Addressing shipping disruptions such as delays, lost shipments, customs holds and compliance issues effectively.
- Collaborating with manufacturing and repair vendors to monitor order status and returns.
- Partnering with internal teams to communicate timelines, resolve and flag inventory discrepancies, and improve fulfillment speed.
- Monitoring and reporting on performance metrics for order accuracy, on-time delivery, and vendor reliability.
- Building ad hoc reports to manage orders in queue as they hit set milestones.
Requirements
- 2+ years experience in logistics, supply chain, or international shipping.
- Be experienced in fulfillment /order management and end-to-end logistics process.
- Be familiar with customs documentation, Incoterms, and global freight processes.
- Have advanced Excel and analytical skills.
- Be familiar with working across systems (ERP, WMS, tracking tools).
- Be a good team player, enjoy collaborating and solving problems with others.
- Have good problem-solving, organizational and communication skills.
- Be detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
