About the role

  • Providing expert technical support to Sales Engineers, addressing complex customer inquiries and RFPs/RFIs effectively.
  • Collaborating with R&D, DevOps, Product Management, and Info Sec to gather and verify comprehensive technical details.
  • Translating complex technical concepts into clear, customer-appropriate responses for proposal documents and security questionnaires.
  • Developing and managing internal enablement content and knowledge resources to enhance RFI/RFP response precision for teams.
  • Guiding field teams in designing solutions for complex POCs and strategic deals/customers, ensuring alignment with best practices.
  • Evaluating intricate feature requests, suggesting alternatives, and sharing insights with Product Management to shape future roadmaps.

Requirements

  • Possess 5+ years in technical pre-sales or sales support or a field-facing Risk and Compliance and a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Have a solid understanding of cybersecurity risk management concepts, compliance standards and frameworks
  • Have Cybersecurity background in the area of API and/or application security
  • Demonstrate expertise in enterprise SaaS, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), networking, and foundational architecture.
  • Have Experience with RFP/RFI processes and tools (RFPIO,/Responsive etc.)
  • Have clear communication skills, analytical problem-solving skills, good team collaboration skills, adaptable and proactive.
