About the role
- Proactively identify, pursue, and close new HOA and condominium management opportunities
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline through networking, referrals, cold outreach, and strategic partnerships
- Represent the company at industry events, board meetings, and association functions
- Lead presentations, RFP responses, and contract negotiations
- Develop and execute a territory growth strategy for the Fort Lauderdale, Miami, and West Palm Beach markets
- Identify emerging communities, developments, and management transition opportunities
- Track market trends, competitor activity, and pricing strategies
- Mentor and support Business Development Managers and junior sales staff
- Share best practices in prospecting, relationship management, and closing techniques
- Partner closely with Operations and Executive Leadership to ensure smooth onboarding of new communities
- Build trusted relationships with board members, developers, attorneys, and industry partners
- Serve as a senior ambassador of the brand in the South Florida HOA market
Requirements
- 7+ years of business development or sales experience, ideally in property management, HOA/condominium management, real estate services, or related industries
- Proven track record as a hunter, consistently generating and closing new business
- Strong knowledge of the HOA/condominium management landscape in South Florida
- Experience mentoring or leading sales/business development team members
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Highly self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a performance-driven environment
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally throughout the region
