About the role

  • Proactively identify, pursue, and close new HOA and condominium management opportunities
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline through networking, referrals, cold outreach, and strategic partnerships
  • Represent the company at industry events, board meetings, and association functions
  • Lead presentations, RFP responses, and contract negotiations
  • Develop and execute a territory growth strategy for the Fort Lauderdale, Miami, and West Palm Beach markets
  • Identify emerging communities, developments, and management transition opportunities
  • Track market trends, competitor activity, and pricing strategies
  • Mentor and support Business Development Managers and junior sales staff
  • Share best practices in prospecting, relationship management, and closing techniques
  • Partner closely with Operations and Executive Leadership to ensure smooth onboarding of new communities
  • Build trusted relationships with board members, developers, attorneys, and industry partners
  • Serve as a senior ambassador of the brand in the South Florida HOA market

Requirements

  • 7+ years of business development or sales experience, ideally in property management, HOA/condominium management, real estate services, or related industries
  • Proven track record as a hunter, consistently generating and closing new business
  • Strong knowledge of the HOA/condominium management landscape in South Florida
  • Experience mentoring or leading sales/business development team members
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Highly self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a performance-driven environment
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally throughout the region
