• Establish and execute a target account execution plan
• Generate new conversations with 200-300 target accounts and the key people within those accounts
• Take the lead in managing partner relationships to generate greater traction and contribute to our growth
• Provide ongoing feedback while serving as the “voice of the market” so that our services team is properly aligned with what is happening in “the real world”
• Implement and demonstrate the approach to sales that we provide to clients to uncover a prospect’s unique needs, reframe their issues, and position Lift as an accelerator that’s a good fit for their efforts
• Build your profile and enhance Lift’s position as a unique leader in RevOps and the world of mid-market customer acquisition and success
• Serve as an ambassador for Lift and aid in the spread of our message and point of view.

Operations

• Be a core player in designing, monitoring, and executing technology implementations and revenue growth-focused performance improvement initiatives.
• Identify weaknesses in current processes and be a core participant in improving those processes and developing new ones.
• Project management - ensure programs are tracking with the goals and objectives of client programs.
• Monitor user adoption rates and respond as needed to improve adoption.
• Provide support for developing necessary sales and marketing tools for client deliverables.

Performance Marketing

• Work on client services team supporting clients, actively implementing inbound marketing and demand generation tactics to grow their businesses.
• Thoughtfully manage details of the entire client engagement, collaborate with team and clients to develop and implement clear strategy.
• Help clients achieve results and make adjustments to keep them on track.
• Collaborate with content development team to ensure deliverables meet objectives.
• Monitor status and progress of internal project management, alerting account managers of upcoming deadlines, conflicts, and deliverables.
• Serve as central coordinator for the creative production process and facilitate communication between Imagine and clients.
• Ensure jobs meet Imagine’s quality and creative standards.
