Account Executive

• Grow and maintain a robust customer base across multiple industries.
• Analyze trends to refine sales strategies and maximize revenue.
• Conduct business reviews and performance reporting.
• Develop carriers’ relationships and competitive rates for truckload, LTL, and multimodal services.
• Assess market conditions and collaborate with carriers for capacity and cost data.
• Deliver accurate and timely quotes.
• Planning and scheduling shipping and delivery appointments.
• Booking and dispatching trucks.
• Tracking and tracing loads.
• Daily follow up with customers.
• Participate in shaping business strategy and identifying market opportunities.
• Align sales initiatives with company growth objectives.
• Track KPIs and deliver reports to leadership.
• Utilize Turvo and Power BI for account management and forecasting.
• Ensure compliance with internal processes and regulatory requirements.

Accounts Payable

• Manage the Accounts Payable mailbox and reply to emails within 24 hours
• Receive, review, and verify supplier warehouse invoices for accuracy
• Ensure correct coding of expenses to appropriate accounts
• Identify and resolve any discrepancies before payment
• Follow up and escalate issues with relevant teams (Operations, Commercial, etc)
• Reconcile vendor statements weekly and resolve discrepancies, including under-accruals
• Collaborate on warehouse cost reviews and inventory-related matters
• Assist with weekly/monthly reporting
• Keep desk manuals updated and contribute to a positive, efficient work environment
• Suggest and support improvements to AP processes for efficiency
• Assist in system upgrades and accounting software transitions

Accounts Payables Assistant

• Conduct Sales efforts (Face to Face and inside sales calls) to establish new accounts for SeaWide Express and to SeaWide Express’s primary markets Alaska and Hawaii and Guam.
• The expectation is that 60% of time is spent on face to face opportunities and remainder on administrative functions some examples such as: Setting appointments with existing and potential accounts for face to face sales calls.
• Researching the market for potential opportunities.
• Follow-up on previous calls.
• New business development for LTL/LCL and FTL/FCL services.
• Provides face to face service to customers.
• Works with Leadership to identify goals for customer relationships.
• Account Implementation.
• Maintaining and deepening customer relationships.
• Meeting or exceeding revenue goals.
• Grow and maintain customer base.
• Manage customer interactions and information to ensure continuous and effective business relationships.
• Overnight travel may be required.
• Any additional assigned duties.

• Identify, target, and pursue potential customers and key decision-makers within the Puerto Rico market
• Conduct prospecting activities, including cold calling, scheduling face-to-face meetings, and preparing sales presentations
• Build, manage, and maintain long-term customer relationships while consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Track and manage sales activity using CRM tools and support daily commercial operations
• Represent Eagle Logistics’ full range of logistics solutions supporting customers in the Puerto Rico market
• Contribute to sales processes, territory expansion strategies, and team performance standards
• Demonstrate leadership capabilities by supporting onboarding, mentoring, coaching initiatives
