About the role

  • Provide technical guidance to company partners throughout all stages of cooperation
  • Design, validate, and implement technical solutions aligned with customer needs and defined business objectives
  • Work closely with Sales, R&D, Support, QA, BA, and Product Management teams to resolve technical challenges and align on solutions
  • Prepare and deliver technical presentations, product demonstrations, seminars, webinars, and training sessions for partners and internal teams
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key partners, acting as a trusted technical advisor
  • Actively participate in beta testing of new products and services, providing expert feedback to refine and improve solutions
  • Support new product launches by ensuring technical readiness, partner enablement, and internal knowledge alignment
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to support solution positioning and product feedback
  • Represent Ajax Systems at industry conferences, exhibitions, and professional events

Requirements

  • Technical background with professional experience in alarm systems, video surveillance, access control, security, IT, telecommunications, or related industries
  • Working knowledge of engineering fundamentals and electronics, including electronic components and circuit diagrams
  • **Languages:** Fluent in **English and Spanish**
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly
  • Proven experience delivering presentations, webinars, and technical trainings to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Ability to quickly learn and adopt new technical information, products, and technologies
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to assess customer requirements and propose optimal technical solutions
  • Ability to negotiate and confidently justify technical decisions to customers and internal stakeholders
  • Strong multitasking and prioritisation skills in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexible and willing to travel for business trips, industry events, conferences, and trade shows
