Requirements

  • $50M+ USD P&L ownership in a regional or multi-country scope
  • Proven experience building and managing large B2B sales teams (30+ people)
  • Senior leadership background such as Regional Sales Director, Regional Head of Sales, Cluster Director, or equivalent
  • Strong experience in electronic security markets: video surveillance, intrusion detection, fire systems, access control
  • Demonstrated success in scaling businesses through distributors and partners
  • Established industry network across ASEAN, Japan, and/or South Korea
  • Deep understanding of regional market dynamics, channel models, and customer needs
  • Strategic mindset combined with a hands-on, execution-driven leadership style
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Comfortable operating in cross-cultural, multi-country environments
  • Willingness and flexibility to travel extensively within the region
  • Highly results-oriented, accountable, and entrepreneurial in approach
  • Professional, reliable, and ethical leader with strong personal credibility
