Maintains smooth operation of AWS cloud-based systems, including coordination with network administrators
Sets up administrator and service accounts, maintains system documentation for cloud infrastructure and tenant inventory, tunes system performance, installs system wide software and allocates mass storage space
Respond to large-scale events involving instantiation of virtual resources such VMs and storage
Fix critical software and system failures
Propose, drive and implement technical solutions for automation, efficiency and scalability
Develop/improve tools, reports, and processes to monitor the health of cloud environment

Requirements

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
4+ years of relevant experience supporting enterprise cloud and/or infrastructure environments
Certifications: IAT-2, 1 or more cloud certifications
Active Secret clearance (or higher)
Experience working in regulated environments and following secure engineering / documentation practices
