About the role

  • Serve as the Point of Contact (PoC) for BPA leadership
  • Organize and lead kick-off meetings, status reporting, and In-Progress Reviews (IPRs)
  • Track and report BPA metrics (cost, schedule, scope)
  • Maintain and update the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS)
  • Manage communication constructs across stakeholders
  • Maintain the BPA backlog and ensure alignment with project objectives
  • Oversee and update Playbook content (refer to Section 3.3.2)
  • Plan, initiate, and manage IT projects from inception to completion
  • Lead and guide technical staff, ensuring project milestones and deliverables are met
  • Monitor progress to ensure compliance with deadlines, standards, and cost targets
  • Evaluate performance results and recommend major changes impacting short-term project growth and success
  • Function as a technical expert across multiple project assignments

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree in a related field
  • 10+ years of project/program management experience, preferably within DoD environments
  • PMP required; Agile Scrum certification preferred
  • Proven ability to manage complex IT projects and lead technical teams
  • Strong understanding of cost, schedule, and scope management principles
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
  • Active/Current Top Secret clearance
